My 10-year old Nissan has a new lease on life once Hertzog was done with it. What I most appreciated was that he took what I reported about my car seriously and then proceeded to SOLVE the problem (in contrast to a dealership who made out like I had lost my marbles and told me “they’ve never heard of such a thing” when I myself told them about such a thing 2 years prior). We developed a problem with our Nissan bakkie, on our way from George to Oudtshoorn so I called Hertzog. He recognised the problem immediately and advised us as what to do.
